		<description>It really is exciting that they are opening up the tax credit to existing homeowners. And while this is good for getting rid of the surpluss in larger homes, it also usually means that more homes are going to be coming on the market, thus helping to keep prices soft. It&#039;s simply a switch from one home to another, and is generally encouraging existing home owners to buy bigger more expensive homes. Not sure if this is actually the best thing for the economy... But as a real estate professional, I like it.</description>
